In order to provide ample time to recruit and interview candidates for your co-op positions, here is a recommended timeline for success:
Fall Co-op – September – January – please post your co-op position on Husky Career Link in February and by March 1st at latest; interview in March and hire in April.
Spring Co-op – January – May – please post your co-op position on Husky Career Link in September and by October 1st at latest; interview in October and hire in November.
It is also important to attend one of many Career Fairs or Career Expo events hosted by the School of Engineering or the Center for Career Development. We will be hosting several co-op specific events during both the fall and spring semester each year and this is another great way to recruit students for your co-op positions.
